Pardeep Kaur, 30, was reported missing on October 17 by a relative after she failed to turn up for work.

She was last seen a day before on October 16 when CCTV had captured the married 30-year-old walking down Harlington High Street near to her workplace at 4pm.

Her body was discovered yesterday (October 22) in waste ground under a flyover in Hayes and police have said they are treating her death as suspicious.

Two men, aged 30 and 31, were arrested earlier in the week in connection with her disappearance but were later released on bail. No new arrests have been made after the discovery of her body.

Next-of kin have been informed. A post-mortem examination will be held over the coming days to find the cause of death.

DCI Lawson said: ‘At this early stage of the investigation I am appealing to any witnesses in the Carlton Avenue and Bedwell Gardens area who may have been driving to work to come forward as they may have seen Pardeep walking to work at about 6.30am on Monday, October 17.’
