Police spotted Salim Shah, 25, driving a red BMW accompanied by his friends coming back from a night out in Manchester and after running checks on the vehicle they soon realised he was disqualified and uninsured.

When officers activated the blue lights he sped off leading police on another chase.

Shah had previously recorded an infamous video (below) to his girlfriend while being chased by the police which ended in him being jailed for 16 months in 2014.

In the video he said: ‘Aneesa, I love you yeah, and I’m going to prison now.’

‘The police try pulling me over init’

‘But I probably be out what six months or something.’

‘This is the best init at least you know what I am now.’

Asian Image reported, Prosecutor Stephen Parker saying Shah reached speeds of 60mph in a 30mph zone putting other driver in danger.

Shah, 25, of Blackburn Road, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving while disqualified, and having no car insurance.

He was jailed for 12 months and banned from driving for a further two years for his recent police chase.
